Ordering Information

• How much does shipping cost?
  • It depends on your shipping destination and how much you are purchasing. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

  • Ground: Est. arrival in 7–10 business days
    $8.95 for all orders up to $99.99.
    Free shipping for orders $100 or more (after discounts and before tax)

    These rates are for orders within the contiguous 48 states. For shipping outside the contiguous 48 states or expedited shipping, please contact sales@thecreativecompany.us.

• How long will my order take to arrive?
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of receipt. Ground shipping takes 7–10 business days to arrive. 
• What payments do you accept?
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apply Pay, PayPal, and purchase orders from school districts.
    
• What is your return policy?

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our site, you may return it up to 30 days after receipt. Please send your return to:

    Include your original order number and hang on to your return tracking number so you can confirm it has made it back to the warehouse.

    Please note you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please allow up to two weeks for the refund to process.

Publishing + General Inquiries

What kinds of books do you publish?

The Creative Company pairs written content that is clear and compelling with the best photos or the most brilliant illustrations. We then design the combination in an innovative, colorful design for a present-like package. The result? A book that gives readers a window onto the world and the opportunities around them.

Where are you located?

The Creative Company headquarters is located at 2140 Howard Drive West, North Mankato, MN 56003.

Where can I find your books and gifts?

You can find The Creative Company books everywhere! A great place to start is your local bookstore.

Do you offer premium sales?

If you are interested in large volume purchases for corporate gift or marketing initiatives, please email us at sales@thecreativecompany.us and we'll be happy to help you out.

How do I get permission to use images/copy from one of your books?

Please see our Permissions page for more detailed information. If you wish to acquire any subsidiary rights (including foreign/translation, performance, merchandising, book club/book fair, reprint, electronic, etc.) to the entire work, please email details to sales@thecreativecompany.us. 

The Creative Company only accepts written permission requests. Please be sure to indicate which title(s) you are interested in and what material you would like to use (including page numbers), as well as complete details regarding the use and your project. 

How do I submit my book for consideration?

We appreciate your interest in working with us. At this time, we do not accept unsolicited manuscripts.

What is your donation/corporate giving policy?

We love to support nonprofit organizations doing wonderful work when we can, especially focusing on literacy, culture, and education. Requests must include date needed by, a brief description of your organization, specific items desired, and the organization's tax ID number. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and only those organizations whose requests are granted will be contacted.

How can I contact one of your authors?

If you need to contact one of our authors or artists, please email info@thecreativecompany.us. We will be happy to forward it on to them.

How can I get a review copy of one of your books?

Please email your request to info@thecreativecompany.us and address your email to the Publicity Department. Include your mailing address and company information. Please note that not all books are available for review.
