HOW DO I ORDER BOOKS FROM THE CREATIVE COMPANY?
You can order all titles from The Creative Company and its publishing partners directly from “The Creative Company.” We will no longer use the J. Appleseed moniker to ship and invoice. Instead, all purchasing will flow through The Creative Company.
WHAT TITLES DOES J. APPLESEED NOW REPRESENT?
J. Appleseed has become the new home for a selection of trade picture books and select series nonfiction.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
For standard ground shipping in the contiguous US, a flat rate of $8.95 will be charged for all orders under $100.00.
Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100.00 (after any discounts and before tax).
For special shipping requests, please contact sales@thecreativecompany.us.
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept orders online with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. All transactions placed online are secure and encrypted to protect your information during transit. Once we have processed an order, we safely discard credit card information.
We also accept Apple Pay, PayPal, and purchase orders.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our site, you may return it up to 30 days after receipt. If you wish to return your product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Any requests after 30 days of purchase will not be accepted.

Be sure to include the original order number. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your return is received, a credit will be issued via the payment method of the original order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds typically take two weeks to process, but may take longer during exceptionally busy times. Save your return tracking number so you can confirm your order has made it back to the warehouse.
HOW CAN I GET A REVIEW COPY OF ONE OF YOUR BOOKS?
If you would like to request a review copy of any of our titles, email your request to info@thecreativecompany.us. Please address your email to the Publicity Department and include your mailing address and company information. Also, please note that not all books are available for review.
