Each page has a detailed photograph of a koala, as well as one or two facts, as well as definitions of vocabulary terms. This is such a great resource for children to learn about these now endangered animals. It can spark their interest in learning more, going to see them in a zoo, or becoming involved in conservation. The pictures are large and show the many different behaviors of koalas. Also, the end of the book includes a list of resources and websites for finding out more information and learning more about koalas.
